Frustrated that told to do this do that, and more of stuff I don't understand. Change this, Change what. No matter what how many times i change this or that nothing helps. i have a big headache, and it isn't right to put so much stupid crap that I dpn't understand at all. Nothing is simple; it's not simple. I already paid a $20.00 for a donation so I can use Thunderbird. I can't even use the freaken Thunderbird. I can't figure out what the heck who ever expects me to do this, do that, than more of the same. All I want, is to be able to use Thunderbird, transfer all my emails to Thunderbird. Use the Thunderbird without alot of crazy ass questions, that I have no answers. If this is diffcult to read imagine how I feel. It should be so difficult to use anything, but it sure is. Even writing this, what do I gain, nothing, go away, lose the money I donated for Thunderbird. I would really really appreciate any help to help me sit up this thunderbird email. I really would. Help, dispirited what can I saw. Once this note or what ever is send. It my all be in vein. Tom You can't email, because Firefox screwed that up. I recently installed Firefox over Firefox Beta because I didn't like the daily updates. Now I'm stuck with this popup every time I open Firefox. It's stupid as the application runs normally.

HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

I have been never been able to get any useful response to any question, (including the one just posed) from the Mozilla community. I did, by serendipity wind up in a discussion with a new (to me), manage in the process though to stumble across what appeared to be a relatively new forum, within the community that offered some hope, in that it terms of reference were specific to addressing the problem.

Hooray. . .I just accessed the the new notice regarding educated guesses. Blatantly false advertising in that none were provided, but it did appear to be connected to the forum trying to address the problem at hand.

It's a daunting challenge, requiring understanding and discussion in depth because the system itself is quintessentially non-linear, dynamic, and it's ultimate configuration. . .which includes the user interface and human operators indeterminate and un-determinable. But a great and hopeful start. I believe I indicated an interest in contributing to the discussion. How do I get to it? I bought the annual subscription to Mozilla VPN and found that it wouldn't install. This Mac runs Sierra, version 10, I don't need VPN on my newer Mac.

How do I submit for a refund?

Hello, I just bought a yearly plan of the Mozilla VPN and would like to use it in a docker container using gluetun. However, I'm not able to find where can I see the connection information. Is there a way to obtain the VPN tunnel information to configure my VPN over it? Thank you.

I installed Thunderbird a few months ago to transfer emails from an email account that is about to be shut down to my Google email account.

I now want to uninstall Thunderbird (and delete all its files from my computer, including emails) but am worried my Google emails will also get deleted (e.g., due to syncing?) in this process.

I would have loved to keep Thunderbird installed but, due to my personal laptop being unavailable when this email transfer began a few months ago, I had to install Thunderbird on my work laptop instead, and I do not want Thunderbird to stay on my work laptop anymore (my employer allows employees to install any software but I will feel better if I just delete Thunderbird from the work laptop at this point).

I am using the current version of Bazzite. When I run Mozilla VPN, I just get a blank window for a few seconds, then it asks if I want to force quit. Uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my PC, do not seem to help.

I recently reinstalled Bazzite on this PC, and Mozilla VPN was working on my previous install.

Moving Thunderbird to a different computer. Email provider, email address and passwords are the same. Thunderbird setup thinks I'm a new user, which I'm not. How do I solve this issue. [edited email from community support forum]

I wanted to completely removed Firefox because i had some issues. Instead om removing I probably refreshed FF.

Can somebody help with?

1. How to remove old FF data which is placed on my desktop and blocked for removal by admin rights. 2. How to completely remove FF without leaving any data (profiles, extensions)

I have tried to find this answers in the help sections but I was not able to find the solution for my situation.

In attempting to download Firefox to my Apple iPad, i instead get routed to Microsoft "X." How can i block "X" ?

Goal: I have outlook on a windows 10 desktop with many .pst files I want to keep (emails in folders and contacts)/import into TB. I want to set up Thunderbird on a new laptop PC and use TB instead of Outlook.

I'm setting up Thunderbird first on my desktop but I don’t know how to import the outlook files – one Q&A answer says first install an older version of TB that can do the outlook import (I started this and it couldn’t find my account so I got stuck); another Q&A answer says the outlook files have to be ‘offered’ to Thunderbird and may or may not be.

Can I have human help? I’m happy to pay. Otherwise I don’t think I can figure it out and I’ll just stick with Outlook. I see someone else switched to TB and then went back to Outlook. Hmmm. I wonder why?
