I'm being bombarded by FireFox regarding "Dangerous Files" Downloaded, and I cant find a way to turn them off! I have Malewarebytes installed and I don't need nor desire for FireFox and a number of your PAID advertisers like McAfee, to be involved in my on-line protection. How can I shut down FireFoxs intrusion on my privacy? Browserjmva001

Hello, I'm wondering if someone help me troubleshoot why the normal or recommended password files recovery isn't working in my case, because it isn't. I've spent 2-3 hrs this evening trying to follow the normal/recommended protocol for recovering previous passwords but it's just leading me in circles, sans passwords being recovered. What usually happens is every couple years either my bookmarks file gets completely lost or - this is new - in this case my saved passwords are gone (possibly corrupted, I'm not sure). I think something might've been corrupted or reconfigured (I hope not "lost" entirely), attempting to install and use the Beta VPN. Ultimately it was just too difficult to get it to work simultaneously around Norton360, which I decided was probably better to just stick with for now. Out of curiosity, I was attempting to get the Firefox Beta VPN installed last night (and operational) and I think that may have been when the previous data was lost or reset somehow. I tried following the basic procedure to reboot FF from previous folder backup (to desktop, "Old Firefox Data"), but that merely reproduces the same "empty" passwords page when I try to open up my saved passwords. Neither of the 2 previous App Data locations seem to help rebooting from ("default" or "default release"), and I'm hoping against hope, at this point, that one of those old JSON files has all my passwords still in it, uncorrupted, but there are so many, I have no idea how to find my way to the correct one. In any case, my FF saved passwords were still fully available and working as of only a few days ago, probably this last Sunday evening, today is Wednesday of the following week. My previous saved Bookmarks are apparently still intact, and auto-loading as normal, regardless of which of the previous user profiles I'm rebooting FF with. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

After I updated to the Version 150.0, everytime I want to check something on the mac menu bar, the whole page gets pushed down. Only the toolbar used to drop before the update. Thanks for any help in advance.

Ctrl + scroll used to zoom exactly 10% (in or out) now with 1 scroll, the page gets zoomed in at least 30% but it's not consistent. right now, I tried CTRL+scroll up and the zoom went up to %133. I'd appreciate your assistance.

ps, IDK if it's related but I just updated Firefox to version 150.0

I want to use the free VPN is available. I have Windows 11, in USA, on a laptop. I do not have the picture they say I should have (see attached). Is it available to me, or am I doing something wrong?

I saw the update that you added vpn to firefox, but I can't use it. It doesn't show up in the toolbar anywhere and there are no vpn options anywhere in settings. When I try and create a second profile THEN I get the vpn option but when I click on it it says that I can only use it with the original profile.

I received a notice about Firefox VPN. I logged into Mozilla. However, I do not see Firefox VPN on my toolbar. Is it only available for Windows, or should it be there for MacOS as well?

I need to automatically apply message filters on all messages when copied to a subfolder (in Local Folders) with other filters from other folders and accounts. I copy e-mails to specific subfolder placed in Local folders from several Inboxes. My filters for this subfolder work but only manually applied. The existing conditions when to apply filters do not cover copying messages (copying is not getting new mail or archiving etc) . When i apply filters manually they work but next time i apply manually again all messages are effected - filters does not work only ones as when getting new mail. Is there any way to create filters working automatically and ones applied on some message not to effect it again when filter applied again to this subfolder?

The newest update of Firefox makes my Windows Settings window pop up, and demands that I allow Firefox to access my location and or device.

This is unacceptable. That setting is greyed out on Win 10 machines....FIX FIREFOX. I am not buying a new computer just to use Win 11, which is nothing but spyware.

I recieve several emails a day from a submission form on my website that contain what looks like Russian words. I would like to create a message filter to move these messages directy to the trash based on one or two characters that do not appear in the english language. I thought I had done it, but the filters don't appear to work.

I downloaded Thunderbird and am still getting Outlook emails in the T-bird app? I feel like I'm missing something or doing something wrong. Does this mean I cannot cancel my MS Office 365? A new Facebook link can open Firefox and work, but subsequent Facebook links result in a failure. The error message is "This content isn't available right now When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted."

The Facebook links work with other browsers.

Restarting Firefox begins the cycle again. This has become a problem just in the last month or so.
