Hey there, which VPN are you looking help with? The VPN feature in your Firefox or another VPN you installed?

firefox. windows 10. when I push the button which says vpn, it says you have successfully signed in, turn it on. When I push the button again it says the same thing. I will note that the vpn button has an x by it.

So when you click the button the first time does the x go away or stay there? And have you used all your 50gb for the month?

did a google search regarding this matter. I followed the directions: shut off the modem for the internet, after a few minutes, I turned it back on, and now vpn works. Sorry for the inconvenience.
