Side menu customization is broken in new Firefox 29

more options

Right after update to new Firefox 29 customization worked fine. But today side menu does not able to be customized. I open menu, click change on the bottom and able to customize toolbars but not side menu.

Chosen solution

  1. Open the Add-ons Manager, Extensions category either from the ≡ Menu Button or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+A (Mac: Command+Shift+A).
  2. Next to ShowIP, click the Disable button.
  3. Type about:support into the address bar and press Enter.
  4. Click the Show Folder button. A Windows Explorer window with your profile folder opens.
  5. Exit Firefox.
  6. In the Windows Explorer window, delete the localstore.rdf file.
  7. If the problem persists after you restart Firefox, another one of your add-ons is to blame.

Thank you. Right after I disable ShowIP plugin, panel at the bottom is no longer visible and customization works fine.
