I opened an acct two days ago and cannot find it. I don't get a password reset email. netsky@comcast.net...i already sent some files over and it was working then. I tried several times to reset my password. Help! Thanks!

From the Tools menu in Thunderbird, you can import things from various other programs. In some cases you need to export that data first. We have some information on importing however I am not sure if that helps you? In case this has helped you please mark this as answer, thank you!

Where did create an account? Do you mean that you entered your account details in Thunderbird?
Could it be that your issue is not related to Thunderbird?
I opened it under Thunderbird as I am changing over my email accounts and didnt want to lose important emails. I successfully opened it, imported my emails, which now have been automatically deleted :( and I cannot get on Thunderbird or even get my password reset. Is there support that can help me? Thanks so much.

Do you know that Thunderbird is a program installed on your computer? What happens when you start the program? Do you see your inbox?
OHHHH I had no idea! Not computer literate at all lol! Ok I found it AND my messages. Might you be able to tell me if I can import any of my folders into my messages from my email account? I cannot seem to do that. Thanks.
