Certain websites in Firefox are not displaying properly, other browsers are fine.
Hi, for about a week my wife has been having troubles loading certain websites. When she goes to Twitter or Pinterest for example the site will appear very basic with everything aligned to the left. However, everything will work fine with other browsers like IE and Chrome. I've been looking at people with similar problems and have tried what worked for them, but nothing's helping.
So far we've tried: Clearing the cache and cookies, performed a complete reinstall of Firefox while making sure to delete the leftover Mozilla folders in Program Files, and %appdata% as well, restarting the modem/router, doing an ipconfig /flushdns, and finally to top it all off restarting the computer.
Absolutely nothing has worked so far.

Update: She fixed the problem. Bizarrely enough changing the date on the computer solved the problem. Why is that?

Your System Details looks very light/empty. Can you start by giving us the troubleshooting information from the Firefox installation that's having problems. This is an essential step in troubleshooting.
- Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information from the sub-menu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select Troubleshooting Information from the menu.
Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
- Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.

Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if Firefox works properly with no error? You can start Firefox in Safe Mode below:
- Windows/Mac: Go to Help > Restart with add-ons disabled
- Linux: Run firefox -safe-mode in the Terminal/Konsole
If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.
Are there any files showing as blocked (i.e. have a size zero) if you check the in the Network tab of the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer)?
You need to reload the page, best via Ctrl+F5 or click Shift + Reload to bypass the cache.
We don't see anything being blocked in the Web Console, Safe Mode does the same thing, and here is the Troubleshooting Information:
