When I used Firefox in Windows XP, I had my bookmark toolbar pinned to the left hand side of the screen. I upgraded to Windows 7 and installed the latest version of Firefox, and now I can't figure out how to get the same configuration.

Chosen solution

  • You can toggle the Bookmarks sidebar off/on via "View > Sidebar > Bookmarks" or "Ctrl+B" (Command+B on Mac)
  • You can toggle the History sidebar off/on via "View > Sidebar > History" or "Ctrl+H" (Command+H on Mac)

Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.

Hello,

Read more here:

I know how to pin one particular site - I wanted all my bookmarks - but I just did figure out how to do it - I had to select View Sidebar Bookmarks.

You can open all bookmarks and pin one by one or create a group tab with all your bookmarks and pin the group.

Or use the bookmark toolbar, add which websites you want.
