Three of my email accounts have the proper passwords recorded under Tools-->Options-->Security-->Passwords-->Saved Passwords-->Show Passwords; how do add the 4t
I have 4 email address in Thunderbird. How do I add a password for the fourth one? It is easy to delete, but I don't know how to add or to change. My Provider is TurnkeyMail. They say they do not know how to help me and I must ask Thunderbird.

Maybe if you use the Account Settings dialog?
Also, if you delete the password, the next time you check mail you should be prompted to provide it, and then you probably would have the option to have Thunderbird remember it.
(Just guessing since I haven't had to change a password myself.)

I figured out what to do already, but I thank you nevertheless. I had started out by trying to send an email out on my 4th email address. A message kept popping up saying I had to insert my password. When I did, it still didn't work. FInally I thought---someone at Turnkeymail.com had told me that on another of my email addresses I needed to change to use 1 capital and one number in the password. SO I used the same password I had been using except with one capital and one number. The message was sent immediately. I already had the window open to Tools>-->Options-->Security-->Passwords-->Saved Passwords-->Show Passwords. Just as soon as I slightly changed my password, the "show passwords" window showed the change.
I'm unclear what the difference is between multiple accounts and multiple email addresses. I THINK I have one account but 4 different email addresses within that account. That is the max allowed, I think.
