I posted a question earlier today about Firefox crashing. I received a response asking me to look up the 5 most recent reports beginning with "bd", and also to try reloading Firefox in safe mode. I tried both of those. First, I don't have any crash reports beginning with "bd". Secondly, I've already tried reloading Firefox in safe mode, and that didn't help.

Hi Brian, I found your earlier post:

https://support.mozilla.org/questions/995275

If you don't have crash IDs starting with bp- can you click them and view the ID you do have and view the report on the Crash Stats server? If it works, then copy the whole address of that report page and paste that into a reply in the other thread. (A few recent ones, if they look different. If they're all the same, then one is enough.)

Thanks.

Sorry, I just read in your other post that when you try to link to the report on Mozilla's server you can't get through. Could you check the articles on connection issues:

Does Firefox really crash and do you get the crash reporter window or does Firefox merely hang and nothing happens?

What Windows Operating System are you using?

Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key?

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
