How can I reopen a tab which had a confirmation of a form (email sent)?

I accidentally closed a tab in which I'd filled out a form to send an email and had the confirmation. I reopened the closed tab but it has just opened the page with the form. How can I get this conformation back? I really need it and assume it would be cached or something?
