I tried the windows method Prtscn button etc and only got a section of my screen. How can I get a complete screenpic? 

The addon tools all take only shots of the webpage, not the entire screen.

Other than the Snipping Tool, other screenshot applications like GreenShot and Free Screenshot Capture can also do the trick. They even provide more useful functions like editing and sharing.
