Pin it where? Not sure what you are trying to accomplish.

If you are talking about the about:newtab page then you can only pin individual websites or bookmarks or history items to one of the tiles on this page.

To use a bookmarks folder you would have to place this folder in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder to have it available on the Bookmarks Toolbar.
You can open all bookmarks in a bookmarks folder by middle-clicking this folder.

If you mean something different then please clarify and give more details.
