Mozbackup - restoring profile

SteveNorfolk replied

Since I reinstalled Thunderbird and restored my profile via Mozbackup I have been unable to find my subfolders. However by using the search function and entering in various keywords I can find individual emails contained in the subfolders so I know that they are not lost. My question is how can I restored the folder structure I originally created ? Many thanks for any help you can give me.

I wonder if the folders are simply collapsed in your new operating system. XP style - and + became funny little triangle things in later Windows versions that some people simply do not recognize as something that will expand the folders in the tree or that it is even something to click on.

Thank you for your comments. I have checked and could not expand the folders as you suggested.
