this is the url in the new window: https://www.facebook.com/login.php?skip_api_login=1&api

I have set Tools/options/content to block pop up windows. It still pops up. I restarted Firefox, and it still doesn't work.

I have the following Add ons: Adblock Plus 2.5.1, Adblock Plus Popup Addon 0.9.1 They don't work either.

I downloaded Adwcleaner v3.020 but I don't understand what all the files it is listing are and if I should be removing them.

What can I do to get rid of this popup window?

You likely do have malware opening that.

Here is a tutorial for Adwcleaner and how to remove malware with it.

Did you create the profiles that show in the report yourself?

Did you reset Firefox on past Feb 14 (1392619304122)?

Did you create the profiles that show in the report yourself? I have no idea what you are asking me. This a copy of the report the adwcleaner created after the scan.

I don't know. I may have updated it...?? I really don't know what is going on here. This is beyond my level of computer knowledge. If you can figure this out, I appreciate the help. thanks

Did you use the delete button on ADWcleaner as the manual says, also facebook.com (url you posted is safe).
