sending email on firefox

when i click on an email nothing happens the launch app firefox has to send email for yahoo doesn't appear earlier today it appeared but said user not connected with the yellow symbol i've already tried disabling acceleration and disabled addons safe mode still no change

Hi la321,is this only happening with yahoo mail? In order to better assist you, can you please provide more information:

  • Where is this send email button? Is it a toolbar? is it on the yahoo website?
  • Please provide the url where this is happening
