I did a restart on my computer and lost 1000 Speed Dial URLs because Firefox started up as if for the first time

When I clicked on Firefox at least a half dozen tabs popped up - zotero, SEOQuake, Speed Dial, Yahoo toolbar,etc.

And then all the dialog boxes came up like I said, as if I just installed Firefox for the first time; and my Speed Dial is EMPTY. I must have had 30 dials with 30-50 addresses each stored on them, and they appear to be GONE.

How can I get them back, do I need to restore my computer to an earlier restore point?

Can you try checking if you have another profile in the profile manager and launch from there.

Also check the recycle bin for a profile folder if deleted.
