Hello,

Go your menu bar and click on Tools » Options » Content, in the option language click on choose button, and add the language you want,

Chosen Solution

For Firefox items (menus, toolbars,etc.) to display in English, you need to download the English version. You can get it at http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
