Hi drozdik,
sorry you are having crashes
I do not immediately see any clues I understand in that report. Could you paste another 3 or 4 of the Crash ID strings into your next reply please. Thes start with bp-' they show as plain text when you paste them into the forum and preview the result but the forum converts them to links when finally displayed.
Could I ask you to Please try in a new additional clean test profile, and run in safemode with all plugins disabled. See
- Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
- Disable or remove Add-ons_how-to-disable-plugins
- Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly)
- Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles_creating-a-profile

In my last answer, I have send You this three strings. I do not know, if You need them as well. Thanks.

Thanks for posting back again, I do not yet see a quick fix, but I have one suggestion and one more question.
All we need is the Crash ID that links to the full report. Can you confirm -- or otherwise comment--
- you did try in a clean profile from safe mode and with all plugins disabled ??
I see your comment in the system details section but did you try all of this at the same time?
And I see from the crash reports that no extensions were in use
I will escalate this thread, I will not be around on this forum tomorrow & I have a question myself . I do not understand all the details in the reports. I am making an educated guess it is a memory leak or problem, related to video. Safe mode may in some circumstances have helped with that as one change is that it turns off Hardware Acceleration. (HA)
It is very definitely worth checking video drivers are up to date or if they updated very recently try rolling them back.
- Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
- http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windowsxp/ht/roll-back-driver-xp.htm
Please try the driver changes and then post back including an answer to the question above about a clean profile etc.
?? HelpDesk, or anyone
do the reports show the Hardware Acceleration state if so where ?
For forum cross referencing purposes
<rant>N.B. at least we can Google search the signature string when the hardcoded chocolate fireguard melts. (Is that only until the thread is archived ? ) </rant>

Possible next steps, is it worth disabling js engine ? File a bug comment in Bug 941957
Hello drozdik,
As John99 mentioned it does sound like these crashes maybe related to an out of date video driver. Please see the article he suggested Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL to get the most current version of the driver.
If the problem still persists see the section about Turning off hardware acceleration
@john99, I'm not sure if there's a way to tell if hardware acceleration is enabled, but I'll ask around.
Please let us know if upgrading the driver solves this crash.
Cheers, Patrick
Hi Patrick, hi John 99.
- my graphic card's drivers are up to date - hardware acceleration in browser settings is off - I changed the status of webGl in about:config from false to true - I tried to run firefox in safety mode with all plugins turned off in the same time and the crashes continued... .... The crashes happens irregularly. Sometimes it works half of the day and suddenly it carshes several times within few minutes. It seems simetimes like flash player plugin problem, because this plugin used to crash sometimes during watching youtube video for example. But my flash player is up to date too.
I appreciate your help. Cheers, Brano
Thanks for posting back Brano,
Suggestions
- Did you create and try a new additional profile?
You should use that as much as possible whilst surfing with all plugins turned off and in safemode.- If it stops the crashes post back and we should be able to solve your problem by fixing the profile issues
- If crashes continue please paste in 3 or 4 of the new Crash IDs (We only need the string of letters and numbers beginning with bp- )
Background info
We have a lot of problems with Flash Player on Firefox. We also have problems with the reporter currently used for Flash Player problems , on Firefox Releases (A new one is being tested.) I was going to suggest you tried disabling the FlashPlayer protected mode, that is a quick change that often fixes problems on Windows but is not applicable to your Windows XP.
(The idea about disabling JIT compiler & HA are also not applicable if you crash in safe mode)
If Firefox crashes in safemode with all plugins turned off it may not be a FlashPlayer problem (Assuming the Flash Player plugin was disabled)
Probable next steps, clean reinstall. (& Possibly file a bug - but that is no guarantee of a quick fix )
