I've recently been getting this message 'Shockwave Flash maybe busy' quite a lot when i open my email, clicking to opening an email

Quite recently I've been having the following message of varying URL's informing me of Unresponsive Scripts. Also, I've started to have problems with viewing videos at YouTube and slowness. Can you advice me?

Below you will see a list of things I saw on my Add-on's and updates. I'm not sure why I have some of the *Unknown* Add-on's. Can you tell me? I wasn't aware of them before and certainly don't remember downloading any add-ons to my computer.

I have these two JAVA's installed in my computer I don't know what they are for and whether I need them both or at all. Can you advice?

JAVA 7 UPDATE 45

JAVA FX 2.1.1

This is an example of the *unresponsive script* messages I seem to getting alot of recently: "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Shockwave Flash was recently updated (see below) so can't understand why I'm now getting these messages. Please help me. Tell me how to make my computer get back to it's 'normal no problem self'

I wasn't having any issues until quite recently. What was the changes that prompted this.
