I've updated to FF 26. It turns out they have broken one of the features I love FireFox for.

Previously "Find in page" was shared by all tabs in single window, now each when I'm switching a tab "Find in page" is hidden :(.

Another more annoying issue is that "Find in page" options ("Highlight all" and "Match Case"), now are aligned to the right, not to the left. On desktops distance between options and editor of "Find in page" is ridiculously large.

Chosen solution

See this thread:

Pressing F3 should make the Find bar appear if it is hidden on a tab. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly

Thanks, the other thread looks interesting. I was aware about keyboard shortcuts, I just liked old behavior when pressing F3 on new tab was unnecessary. I usually use browser to read online documentation so I often search for some names in different tabs.

I've checked the plugin, it will try it but based on description I don't think this is solution for me.
