I have Windows 7 HE, AMD 2.0 GHZ processor, 4 GB Ram, 64 bit OS, 454 GB Hard Disk, 407 GB Free Space Hard Partition, downloaded, restarted, will not work

I have downloaded the installer multiple times from internet explorer and from chrome. I have ordered the "run" program, it flashes and then nothing happens. I also have restarted in between attempts to get this program to work. Is the problem my processor or hard drive capacity? Firefox came highly recommended as the preferred web browser of my friends. I would like to use your product but can't seem to get it to install. Any advice/solutions you can offer would be appreciated.

Thank you so much Philipp!! I searched the Mozilla website looking for alternate options for downloads and could not locate the page you linked me with. Thank you, it worked. Mozilla needs to make this easier to get to/fix, I was about ready to give up after spending a very long time this morning trying to find a resolution. Thanks again!
