If the cache clerar button won't work n the privacy settings what do you do? I already did the history.

I'm trying to clear my cache using FireFox, preferences, network, clear now tab. However this gets me no where fast. I already did the history before this. However my computer still hangs forever. What else do I need to do OR does anybody have a customer phone number or email or chat address? THANKS!

hello luluspond, you can try to reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks & passwords) and see if this will address the issue...

You can try to clear the cache folder manually.
You can find the location of the disk cache on the about:cache page.

Also make sure that you do not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode (Never Remember History).
