Since updating Firefox to version 22 (and later 23), it keeps crashing even if started in safe mode. This happens multiple times a day at random intervals in different web pages.

So far I have done these actions: - clean re-install according to http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_firefox - disabled all plugins and extensions - disabled hardware acceleration - updated graphics drivers - run a normal anti-virus program and Microsoft's Safety Scanner (no viruses/malware found)

Here are my most recent crash reports:

Chosen solution

That is a problem with your Fsecure antivirus, disable it for a while and see if Firefox works properly.

other users could resolve it when they updated their f-secure product (supposedly a business version): https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=891802

I have temporarily disabled F-Secure and I have not had any more crashes, so F-Secure seems to be the issue. Thank you for your help.

You may need to update your product (F-secure), as philipp said. In order to stay protected as the crash doesnt happen in the newest fsecure version.
