All bookmarks connect except one (just spins and says Connecting...), why won't it work?

My American Express bookmark never works. The location is the same one found by Google (https://online.americanexpress.com/myca/logon/us/action?request_type=LogonHandler&Face=en_US). I have tried renaming, deleting/recreating and different locations (toolbar and folders). It just doesn't connect. Every other bookmark that I have created works just fine. This is just so frustrating.

What if you try going through the home page? https://www.americanexpress.com/

Sometimes if you bookmark a link to a specific page on a server then such a bookmark can stop working.
The page mat no longer exist or this page may have been reached by sending POST data in a form.
If such a bookmark stops working then best is to remove it and navigate to this page starting with the website's home page like posted above.

Thank you both so much for your responses. I tried the first response and it worked just fine. I tried the second also. Unfortunately, it did not.
