FF Prevented page from redirecting - How do I know what page I am being saved from?

I am almost positive that I have either a virus or malware or something like that but none of my anti virus or malware/spyware software is finding it. My browser began running very slow and now almost every single website that I go to has a bar at the top of the page that says, "Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page". First of all, YAY! Thanks Firefox for saving my butt. The problem is that I have no idea what page I am trying to be directed to and I believe that knowing the URL could possible help me pinpoint the virus (etc.) that is infecting my computer or browser. Is there any way to find out what web page I am being redirected to without clicking "Allow" and possible further infecting my system? If not, it should definitely be an option to view the URL.

The setting in "Options > Advanced > General" is meant as an accessibility feature, as you can see by the label of that section, so that people with disabilities or people who use screen readers do not get confused and is not meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

Thanks for the replies! But I already understand where to go to enable or disable this feature. My problem is that I do not know what web page Firefox is blocking me from going to and I'm not willing to risk the security of my computer to allow my browser to redirect me to that site to find out. It is very random and attempts to redirect me at almost every website I go to including my email accounts, facebook, twitter, careerbuilder etc. It just recently started doing that. The other day, a new window would open up that said "please update your flash player" and it was from a fake site so I'm not sure how this is gaining access to my web browser but it is. Anyway, I got off topic there a little bit (sorry). I was just wondering if there is a way to see the URL that I am trying to be redirected to without actually allowing it to redirect me? I know where to go to toggle this option on and off in my browser settings but I need to know what the web site is. I hope this makes more sense. Sorry if it sounds confusing. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I have this issue too. It seems to me that all answers so far answer wrong question (="how do I enable this protection feature?") while the original question was "How do I know what page I am being saved from?". The best I could come up with is to see all the referenced urls in the referring page source code (Tools -> web developer -> page source). Probably one or more of those URLs in the source are the ones triggering this notification.

I am also looking for a way to identify the blocked redirect. I'm not sure the moderators are actually reading the questions, maybe just answering off of key words? You were very clear in your question what you were looking for. I will keep checking back for a solution. If there is no way to determine what page firefox is blocking then it would be great to be told that as well.
