more options

Each time I click on the foxfire icon a foxfire ad for the phone browser and the babylon search page both turn on. I can click off the foxfire ad, but it always comes back the next time I log on. How can I get rid of the ad, so it doesn't come back.

  • Open up Control Panel and uninstall anything related to Babylon;
  • Now open up Firefox, type in your address bar about:addons, and press Enter. Again, remove anything related to Babylon.
  • Download and install Searchreset
  • Download Malwarebytes, install it, run a full scan, and remove anything it finds. You can uninstall it when you are finished.
