Hi szdon,

I tested this by logging in onto my Yahoo! Mail account and it was accessed normally. How are you accessing your Yahoo! Mail account (e.g. from Favorites, from a specific address, link)?

Please try accessing it two different ways to see if there is any difference in the result:

  1. Please try accessing your account by going to mail.yahoo.com
  2. Please try accessing your account by going to www.yahoo.com and clicking on the Mail link on the left side of the page.

I hope this helps, please let us know the results.

Thanks! - Ralph

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Restoring Firefox did not work. When I went to mail.yahoo.com I was able to access my email account. I deleted the old bookmark and bookmarked it again and it seems to be working.

Thanks for the help.
