Text is appearing bold after upgrading to 15.0.1 (mac) - I'm uninstalling Firefox for good unless someone can suggest a resolution that works.

I'm on Mac OS X 10.6.8. I have always loved using FF but when I upgraded to 15.0.1 text appeared bolded in the browser. I've tried everything I could find for suggestions in different forums -- I deleted the Lucinda Grande font, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I made sure font and color were set to default for FF, I even reset Firefox. Nothing has worked. As much as I love FF, I've just about wasted all the time I'm going to on it. Please help!

Thank you for the reply ideato! Unfortunately, I gave that a try and it didn't change anything.

Whoo-hoooo!!! Success! Cor-el, thank you for your suggestion and providing the links. It was apparently a font issue, the font book fix worked like a charm and I'm now able to use Firefox again, much appreciated!
