  1. first section of above article - with Firefox closed, remove from Windows using Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
  2. second section of above article - start Firefox and verify that the item is no longer Firefox Add-ons > Extensions
  3. third section of above article - reset about:conifig settings for "chatzum"
    • type about:config in the location/url bar, press Enter and "promise to be careful"
    • in the search box on the about:config screen, type chatzum. Any items in the lower part of the screen, right-click and choose reset; when done restart Firefox
    • you can also try running the following add-on to reset search parameters - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/
