According to my Firefox info i have Firefox 15.0.1 & it is up to date. I can no longer use Firefox with all my saved bookmarks & familiarity as Norton Security programs I got from Comcast no longer work with Firefox. Whenever I use it, it says my security will be compromised. I no longer have any protection. Being i use the internet for purchases I count on privacy & security, so I now have to use Sarari, which i don't like at well.

I searched Firefox help, found info which said all i need to do was to upgrade my Norton with Live Update then reboot Firefox. Did that but it doesn't help, still has the same lack of protection.

I've updated all my Norton suite of program, but every time i use Firefox it still warns me i am not secure using it.

Please provide a screenshot of that message.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

I don't believe my imac has screen shot capability. These are the copied words...

This version of Firefox is not supported by Norton Confidential. You will not be protected while browsing the Web.

Norton Confidential cannot protect you while you use this version of Firefox. Phishing Protection requires Firefox 1.5 or later.
