Whenever I launch Mozilla Firefox, I first get this window that wants me to download Firefox to my Android. I do not have an Android or Smart phone.

hello Tessmess, you an use the following userscript to hide the promotion for firefox for android - either use it with the stylish addon or manually copy the code under more info into your userContent.css-file:
