Running Zimbra 7.2, Firefox 11 (I believe). I am waiting on Network Administrator to confirm.

This does not happen running Zimbra 7.2 under IE8.

I'd first update to Firefox 15.0.1 as 11 is extremely old and insecure. try to update and then retest.
