Firefox 15. I have installed and it will now not open.

Since I have updated it crashes when I try and open (so cannot run in safe mode)

I have un installed and reinstalled and same problem.

Hi psbarber,

Can you enter the safe mode by holding down the shift key while starting Firefox ?

No, that still will not work, I get the Windows message 'firefox has stopped working checking for a solution'
