Why can i download a Theme but it wont install?

When i try to install a Theme, i click on the Add To Firefox Button. It soon starts to install and then it says installation complete check Add Ons Manager. One i go there i cant enable the theme only Remove it.

Most themes require you to restart your browser after installing them, are you doing that?

Also, is it all themes or just one particular one? If it's just one, is it possible you could link to it?

No it is not a Personna, it was a theme. I did restart my browser. It was working at first and then when i restarted my computer i couldnt enable the theme at all. i have like 6 themes installed but i cant enable them.
