My yahoo mail account is missing some critical buttons. The delete & reply button is missing. I can't compose a message plus other non-functioning items.
I am using yahoo mail with the Firefox browser. I have had no problems with the account until this week. I can read email but I can not do anything else. Can't respond, delete, compose, move, and view attachments. Firefox was installed on February 24, 2012 and an upgrade has not been performed.

Please try a Ctrl + F5 refresh of the page. This would help to bring in the contents afresh. You can also try to Clear Now the Cache and Cookies in Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History. To work around possible temporary Yahoo service problems you can try to access the Yahoo Classic mail.
You can find the Firefox version via Help (Alt + H) > About Firefox. Depending on your settings in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > Update, this would also update Firefox if an update is available. You can also manually update by downloading the latest Firefox and installing over the current Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
