about:config setting keeps changing

Odinson

I need to keep 'network.http.accept-encoding' set to 'gzip, deflate' because when it's not pages display as strange characters (previous thread about this issue.)

Say I reset it to 'gzip, deflate' (default) half an hour or so later the field is blank and I'm having the problem again. :S

How do I stop it from changing?

The Reset Firefox feature fixed it.
