I cannot get Mozilla/Firefox to download. Att Support Plus assisted but to no avail. I miss Mozilla/Firefox. Please help.

I had a problem last week with a virus which Avast took care of Since then, Mozilla/Firefox icon left my screen. I tried downloading it today but to no avail.' Even ATT Support Plus tried to help but couldn't get it to download and I desperately want it back, Might someone be good enough to help me? Thank you,' Lee

-> Uninstall your current Firefox as described in this article -> Uninstall Firefox from your computer

  • Restart your system

-> Download latest Firefox version from the following link using some other Web Browser:

-> Install Firefox 12 as described in this article -> How to install Firefox on Windows

Check and tell if its working.
