my fireefox icon has gone from my computer. So the only way I can upload firefox is to go into programmes and double click the firefox programme.

The icon which is on my main computer screen for firefox has gone. The only way I can upload firefox now is to go to all programme, and double click the firefox programme. How do I get the icon back onto the main screen so that all I have to do is double click the icon and firefox uploads? Alsi I must not lose all my bookmarks.

Chosen solution

go into the start menu > all programs & right click the firefox icon. in the context menu select "send to" and then "desktop (create a shortcut)" (not sure if those are the exact terms since i use a non-english os)
