I have read a ton of ideas, tried everything I could find, but nothing seems to work. I have Firefox 11.0 I get everything set up like I want, with the toolbars I want and it is working fine. Then for no apparent reason it closes. When i restart it is set back to default on all settings, and all history is gone. It can take an hour or as long as 2 or 3 days before it resets. I have researched and researched, deleted files, reset everything, restarted it, but it just keeps happening. Very frustrating. There are no crash ID's no trail at all that I can find.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant stand the thought of going back to internet explorer

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Will give that a shot. Use Norton 360 as security platform
