I just don't like these annoying tab previews that keep popping up when i hover over a tab. It's slow and jumpy when loading and just an annoyance... Any help would be great!

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Try disabling tab preview display in FVD suite addon options.

yes the FVD suite Addon was the problem... I disabled it and all is well again...
