After updating from FF9 to 11; FF always checks for addon compatibility and goes to mozilla

I updated from FF9 to 11. In options; homepage is set to blank page and Foxtabs set to homepage (Foxtabs is compatible with FF11). But since updating, everytime I open FF it wants to check for add on compatibility and after I hit cancel, FF opens and the browser is using a mozilla page with a video saying Ive updated. This is getting very annoying.

You can completely disable the compatibility check.

Visit the following link & the 2 or 3 paragraph down will be titled "Completely disabling the compatibility check'

This is true, for example if you have Zone Alarm Internet Security with the toolbar, it has vitalization which if not careful can continue to lockout data, and files even after program was uninstalled.
