Buttons such as "add to Cart" or "Add to Wishlist" no longer show on Amazon.com pages with the recent updates to Firefox

There are problems with several websites, but in particular Amazon.com. There are usually buttons for adding items to your cart or your wishlist and they always showed up fine before. But they stopped being visible a few weeks ago or so right after Firefox had a major update. I will attach screen grabs of an Amazon page on both Firefox and Internet Explorer. In fact, I will attach a screen grab of THIS page as there are buttons that aren't showing up here either! ...Well, I guess I can't attach screen grabs. But the "Italics," "Insert a link..." and "numbered List" buttons on this very Firefox Help page aren't showing up. I have to put my cursor over where they would be to get a drop down description so I know what they are.

Chosen solution

I figured it out for myself. I had changed the background colors for Firefox and apparently that interfered with the buttons. When I change it back to let the pages choose their own colors, everything displays fine.

Yes, that setting disables the backgrounds and if button use a background image then they may become invisible.

You can use the NoSquint extension to set font size (text/page zoom) and text color on web pages.
