I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET EXPLORER SO I CHANGED TO FIREFOX. AS SOON AS I CHANGED, I GET LOUD CARPET COMERCIALS & TALKING WITH NO WARNING & CAN'T SHUT IT OFF WHEN I'M BUSY TRYING TO DO SOMETHING ON THE COMPUTER. HAVE TO KEEP MY COMPUTER ON MUTE ALL THE TIME.
