Can I have an email address to send a jpeg picture of the problem? I have found nothing to solve this issue and would like to show someone, doesn't seem to be a way to explain it. thanks

Chosen solution

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

Try to disable transparency in Windows.
See [/questions/804050]

Right click in a free space on your desktop.
Left click on Personalization.
There are four options at the bottom of the screen, choose "Window Color and Appearance".
Select a border color
Uncheck: "Enable transparency"

You currently can't attach an image to the first post, so you need to add another post if you want to attach an image.

I have tried to ask in a way the search would understand but I'm not getting any where with that. The picture shows what I mean. I have used other browsers does not happen, I have re-installed Firefox, updated and so forth. I even disable all addons but it still happens

If you look at the picture, there are arrows pointing to a display issue that happens when I use the bookmark folders, It does not clear up when i change to another folder...It disrupts the display above and below the browser, I do have arrows drawn to show the areas effected. Yes I have upgraded windows files, this is only from Firefox. nothing else does this.
