Hi,

Please try this: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/

I think usually the file would be digitally signed. So you may have to make sure that the file integrity is maintained while downloading and after downloading.

Disable your firewall, and your antivirus and then try again to download from the above link Vivek.Wilfred gave you.

Open the Windows Temp folder: in XP: Start -> Run -> Type %temp% -> OK. Select all files and folders in the Temp folder and delete them, then close the Temp folder window.

Make sure Firefox is not running and that no instance of "firefox.exe" appears in the Windows Task Manager.

Now try to install the fresh copy from Vivek.Wilfred link.

Do not forget to enable anti-virus software after you are finished with installation.

thank you

Right... I figured out a way to download it.. I went to the language options (below the big green button) and chose the US version, downloaded fine. tried the UK version and I got hit with the corrupt file message.

Thanks for your suggestions though. Looks like that link needs fixing. =D
