To print Gmail messages I used to click on "Firefox" in a red box in the upper left. I upgraded and now it's no longer there. I'd like to print out an email that I received. How do I do that?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
You see the orange Firefox button if the menu bar is hidden (View > Toolbars).
If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars" or "Firefox > Options"
