My upper unused area of the browser is all black after upgrading, how do I get it back to the light blue color?

The current screen shots of the new firefox browser show a nice light blue as the back ground on the top of the browser where the buttons and links are, however, mine is very dark, almost black even though non of my other applications open with this. The colors in windows settings for files is set to a light see through color.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
