How do I allow a pop up from a trusted website ie the chat help center of my internet provider?
I need help for a problem with Shaw.ca- my internet provider. They have an on line chat help center which I can not access because Firefox is blocing their popup. I can't find any way around it on my computer but I am not very computer literate. I can't find any help on your web site either. PLEASE HELP QUICKLY> Thanx, Ann

Hi Annmac,
Usually you will see a bar across the top of the page asking you if you want to allow popups. Does this happen?
If not, don't worry. You can add an exception to the pop-up blocker. Just take a look at this article and it will show you how to allow pop-ups for a particular site.
Hopefully this helps!
