Will this update interfer with my Trend Micro Titanium security?

I have Trend Micro Titanium Maximum installed to protect my computer. I don't want to update Firefox with something that will compromise that. Thanks, Mark

If TM Titanium has toolbars installed in Firefox that you use/depend on, you may want to check with their site or forum. Only the toolbar and toolbar functioning, if any, will be affected; the underlying protection offered by TM Titanium should still protect you.

On the TM forums, I can only find promises that an update making it compatible with Firefox 8 will be released soon:

nope, you can upgrade Firefox without worrying, and it is recommend to keep your browser and plugin, java, reader up to date along with your security software  :)
