Firefox crashes

Updated the app and it will no longer launch. Immediately crashes to the desktop. Tried a complete uninstall (using Revo) and reinstall with no success. Cannot get safe mode to launch either.

That is not about the Firefox version, but about the Roboform application.

Your attached crash report indicates a problem with Roboform and shows version 7.5.1.0 in the module list:

  • bug 691271 RESOLVED WORKSFORME Crash mainly close to startup in [@ DebugBreak ] [@ DbgBreakPoint ] with Roboform

you are using Roboform 7.5.1, please upgrade your Roboform to 7.6.4 and try

Thanks for the idea but the original post was made from a different computer. The version that I'm having trouble with is 8.
